Countries, tax and duties
Enabled destinations appear at checkout. For cross-border deliveries, import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply under the laws of the destination country—payable by the recipient where required.
Damaged parcels
Inspect the parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging is badly damaged or items are missing, take photos and contact us from your order area or the addresses in your order confirmation email.
