How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every CHF or EUR spent. Points are credited after your shipment is confirmed.
When do I level up?
Tiers update automatically based on points accumulated in the rolling last 12 months.
Do points expire?
Points are valid for 24 months from the date of the purchase that generated them.
How do I redeem points?
