Excluded or restricted items may include, among others: perishables, opened intimate hygiene goods, software with broken seal, made-to-order or clearly personalised items, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, under applicable law.
Refunds are issued after we confirm the return meets the stated conditions. For goods used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, a proportionate deduction may apply where the law allows.
Unless mandatory law says otherwise or we made an error (defective, non-conforming or wrongly shipped item), return postage is normally paid by the customer, except where the guided flow states differently.
